This thesis is focused on the calculation of production costs with the introduction of licensed production of submersible sludge pumps in company Tomasek Milan - TOMEX. The aim of this work is the introduction of licensed production and determine the manufacturing cost. In the theoretical section describes the methods for determining a production layout, calculation methods and methods of return on investment. The practical part deals with the determination of a suitable arrangement of production, production calculations and evaluation of overall investment.

Indirect costs as a competitive factor in the construction industry

Diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of indirect costs as a competitive factor in the construction industry. Notions like construction market, construction company, costs, their structuring and the way of their calculation, then competition, competitive advantage and competitiveness are theoretically defined in the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis deals with an evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the guided interviews. The questionnaire survey results and the results of guided interviews are compared and subsequently, recommendations are determined at the end of the thesis.

Design of production technology for a component of a rotary shape

For the design of the interlocking shaft production technology, this component was first described and after defining the limiting conditions of production, three variants of its implementation were selected. The technologies used were characterized and subsequently the most economically efficient variant was chosen, which also met the specified criteria. A production process with a tool sheet was compiled for this variant. Furthermore, the NC code was created in the control system of the production machine, followed by its verification during the simulations. Two prototypes were made. The first of them was used to optimize the design of production technology, the second was produced after simulations to verify the correctness of the proposed solution. This was followed by a technical and economic evaluation, used to predict the production costs of the entire production volume and compare them with the estimate.

This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of cost calculation of selected products in product portfolio in a particular company and also an analysis of the current method of calculating the cost of products manufactured in the company. Includes proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the current method of calculation. For this analysis, I chose a company that is engaged in the manufacture of advanced tools for reaming, boring and machining of high-precision holes, based in Brno. It is a company-HAM-FINAL, s.r.o..

Reviews of Financial Situation and Proposals with Focusing on Investment

The thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of company with using selected indicators of financial analysis. The first part introduce the company ANA-AQUALINE Ltd. over the period 2007-2009. In the second part is explained the financial analysis from a theoretical point of view and in the next part is implemented theory in practice. The last part describes the proposal of investment, which should help improve the economic and financial situation.

Valuation of construction work from stone in the restoration of historic immovable objects

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current situation in valuation of restoration works during construction work, and then to define and standardize the construction work of stone during the restoration of immovable historical monuments. The dissertation moves further knowledge about the issue of restoration work valuation and brings benefits at both theoretical and practical level. In the first part thesis deals with the detailed definition of basic terms, namely restoration, cultural heritage, calculations and costs. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to international comparisons of the historical monuments care in the Czech Republic and France. The result is a comparison of selected indicators of historical monuments care in the Czech Republic and France. Further the attention in the second part is devoted to the pricing development and standardization in construction and restoration, as well as to the pricing of construction work. The third part of the thesis is dedicated to the actual research work, which is focused on the methodology of determining the price of stone construction work in the restoration of the historical buildings. Based on the results of the research there are presented conclusions and proposals of solutions to the existing issue. It is primarily about defining the scope of the building technical documentation with respect to the requirements of restoration, defining direct and indirect costs and profits of construction work of stone in the restoration of historical buildings. At the end of this section there are defined conclusions from the research, which summarize the determination of price list and its description. An integral part of this dissertation is a proposal for the further development and possible solutions of this specific issue.
